Chop vegetables of choice like carrots baby corn French beans pumpkin lauki etc.

Tofu cut like paneer pieces Take one cup of coconut milk and three cups water, boil it with coriander root, lemon grass, kafir lime and galangal, two teaspoons sour tamarind paste, salt and gur to taste.

Once boiled add tofu veges and boil until veges soft and cooked then garnish with coriander.
