Half cup Cashews ground to powder
1 tablespoon roasted fine oats flour
Kesar as desired
Few drops of honey
Powdered coconut flour 1 tablespoon

Bind together to dough.
Place in silicone mold making duct in the center
Freeze for a few hours until hard.

Ripe mangoes, kesar blended without water.
Chill it for few hours.

Serve cold, but with warm heart.
The katori can be kept frozen for weeks for another filling of your choice of fruit pulp.
