Boil 2 litres milk until it condenses to half litre.
Add kesar and maple syrup for sweetness as per your taste.
Elaichi powder if you like the taste.
Put in silicone cup cake molds and freeze the kulfi.
Take two cups fresh chilled curd, hang in muslin cloth until water drains.
(You can use that water for kadhi etc.)
Take the thickened curd add maple syrup and kesar and chill in fridge.
For serving the float boat, take shrikhand and put the kulfi cup cake and garnish with pomegranate ruby pearls.
