Perfect tiffin snack
Sabudana 1/2 cup
Samo Rice 1 cup
Fresh curd 1 cup
Salt pepper lemon juice and Gur to taste
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Eno fruit salt 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon
Grind sabudana and Samo Rice to coarse powder.
Mix all above ingredients without Eno and curry leaves and keep aside for half hour.
Then add Eno curry leaves and pour in silicon Muffin mold
Steam for 30 minutes
Allow to cool five minutes then serve warm with chutney of choice
Fresh grated coconut 1 cup
Curry leaves 2 tablespoons
Pink Dragon fruit pulp 2 tablespoons
Green chillies or dry red chili 4
Roasted sesame 1 teaspoon
Chana 1 tablespoon
Salt as desired
Lime juice 1 teaspoon
Curds half cup
Grind to paste and keep in fridge. Serve with dhokla, idli, savory Muffin etc of choice.
