Crispy, Spicy, zingggyyyy

Raagi Atta 1 3/4 cups
Rice flour 1/4 cups
Lukewarm Water 1 cup
Curds 1 cup

Very finely chopped/minced fresh
Pudina Mint
Green chillies

Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Salt, Gur, pepper, Haldi, Garam Masala as desired taste

Mix all above very well to form flowy batter.
Add 1 teaspoon Eno fruit salt.
In a non stick pan brush with ghee and pour a ladle full of batter spread out evenly.
Cook on slow flame until lower side crispy
Then turn over and cook on other side till crispy.
Serve immediately and hot to get crispy zinggggg.
Garnish with gun powder for extra zing.
