Crispy Sweet-Potato

Purple boiled sweet potato half cup
Chopped lettuce and spinach half cup
Roasted coarse ground sesame and peanuts 2 tablespoons each
Roasted ground dry red chillies
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Ginger green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds Rai 1 teaspoon
Salt and lime juice to taste
Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

In a pan heat oil splutter mustard seeds
Add ginger paste and chillies flakes
Add roasted seeds and add potatoes
Add garam masala salt lime juice
Cook on high flame till potatoes crispy
Remove from pan and sprinkle lime juice and chaat masala
Keep aside

Spread Dosa batter on Dosa tava
Allow to cook without any ghee or oil
When soft and cooked remove from Dosa tava
Put lettuce and spinach in center and top it with potatoes mix cooked above
Roll it into a Jumbo roll.
Be careful when you bite you will go slightly tangy crazy and greedy.
