Fusion fried rice

Cooked brown rice 2 cups
Deep fried tofu squares 2 cups
Pav Bhaji Masala as desired
Butter half cup
Spinach leaves chopped fine
Ginger paste and finely grated 2 tablespoons each
Edamame 1 cup
Salt gur lemon juice as taste

Tadka jhatka

In pan melt butter
Put 2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji Masala and ginger paste
Put edamame and fried tofu squares
Add salt gur lemon as taste and cook for a few minutes
Add rice and cook for few minutes until we’ll mixed
Put in bowl and turn it upside in serving plate to make the towering inferno of fried rice
Garnish with ginger and chopped spinach

Pav Bhaji

Chopped mixed vegetables
Carrot, French beans, capsicum, baby corn, cabbage finely chopped and measured 2 cups
Tomatoe fresh puree 1 cup
Boiled mashed mixed sweet potatoes and potatoes 1 cup
Boiled pumpkin puree 1 cup
Pav Bhaji Masala as desired
Butter as desired
Salt gur lemon juice as desired

In pan melt butter
Put tomato puree and cook well
Add pav bhaji masala and salt gur lemon
Cook few minutes then add all vegetables and add water about one cup
Cook until vegetables are soft and bhaji is slightly thick
Serve with fried rice hot hot hot
It’s sizzling inferno, aromatic food and absolutely finger licking taste.
