Boil 2 cups Red Lentil Pasta in boiling water with one tablespoon coconut oil or ghee as desired.
Drain water and keep aside.
Boil 1 cup Red Lentil Or Masoor Dal with salt and turmeric and keep aside.
In a pan take ghee or coconut oil two tablespoon
Splutter 1 teaspoon Rai mustard seeds
Put one cup ginger tomatoes paste
Add one stick Cinnamon, two clove, and few curry leaves
Once tomatoes cooked add half cup roasted peanuts and Cashews assorted
Add dal and 3 to 4 cups water and boil
Add salt gur and lime juice to suit taste
Once boiled add boiled pasta and boil another 15 minutes
Garnish with coriander and mint leaves
This Fusion is Glutenfree and can be made vegan
It’s complete meal filling and fulfilling
This is rare Fusion because I am crazy for Dal-Dhokli and I am intolerant to gluten.
As I bought Red Lentil Gluten free Pasta I thought if it’s got masoor why not float this is masoor itself.
It’s spoon licking and absolutely satisfying.
